Honestly a really great movie. I loved the Joker-esque thriller vibe as an addition to Michael Myers and it was an interesting take on a decades shark-jumped series.

Agreed, it was an excellent change of pace for the trilogy, and I liked that it pissed off a lot of idiots who were just hoping to see Laurie Strode fight Michael for the (let's see, Halloween 1978, Halloween II, Halloween Resurrection, Halloween H20, Halloween 2018 and Halloween Kills) 7th fucking time.
