My answer is that 拉面 is my favorite kind of ramen. If you mean I have to specifically name a Japanese variety, then I like it with seafood or beef. You?

My claims are 100% correct about it, by the way. 拉面 is just one of the countless styles of Chinese noodles.

1. 拉面 is not a type of ramen. Ramen is hand cut and not hand-pulled.
2. All ramen is of the "Japanese variety".

The Japanese word "ramen" is their version of "la mian". They even sound the same. The Japanese noodles are based on the Chinese noodles. It is a culinary fact.
