Topic: Oh dear. Gabon becomes the latest country to kick out the French.

A military junta has overthrown the "democratically elected" family that has ruled Gabon for 55 years under the protection of France, in return for giving France 80% of its resources.
This is devastating news for freedom and democracy. France will now lose the world's largest manganese mine ability to fight terrorists in Gabon; this coming shortly after France lost the gold and diamond mines in Niger ability to fight terrorists in Niger.

Back in February Joe Scarborough was hauled in for some political re-education for daring to question Jake Sullivan's retarded narrative that Putin wants to conquer Europe. Such chastisements never happen on CNN.
I take your point though. Probably more accurate to call CNN the Shopping Network of the MIC. They're the ones who have all the "retired 4-star generals" lobbying to have NATO dump all it's decommissioned old shit in Ukraine to make way for more juicy Raytheon contracts.

@1,251,841 (Fake anon !ZkUt8arUCU) > Surely the military junta will behave much more compassionately towards the people than the current regime.
Having local corrupt elites steal money and then spend it locally will be better than just directly exporting the money to French elites who will be spending that money in France.

And people say we don't have a free press! @previous (F)
Yeah I wouldn't be so sure about that. They will continue to spend money overseas, it just might be going to some new countries.
