Has this ever happened before? I wonder what would happen if a Siamese twin murdered someone, surely the state couldn't imprison the other twin? (For the sake of this scenario, let's say that the innocent twin had no knowledge of the crime or wasn't capable of participating for one reason or another.) Is there even any legislation (in the Western world generally) for circumstances like these?
