You are a chronic masturbation because of your circumcision which has given tension to the skin around your shaft which can pull/tug. Over many years of existing, the skin that is caught in the tension dies and calcifies (hardens). This causes hypersexuality because of the inability to relieve the tension of this sensitive skin being held in an unnatural flexed position by the circumcision.
They circumcise humans to create psychopaths (rapists murderers etc ) to keep the prison/ hospital complex in business. They could stop circulating humans and a lot of crime would stop.
