Definitely not the light, but maybe the fan. I keep a fan right in front of my face when I sleep, so this might be my replacement for it. I'll just keep it on the lowest setting though.

It's weird because with my blanket off, I get really cold. With my fan off, I get really hot. I always need a fan.
