Read that back to yourself and ask if it makes a modicum of sense. You're saying the sanctions that forbade Russia from selling energy to the West in order to cripple the Russian economy are the reason Russia is getting richer at the expense of the West? Genius sanctions policy!

Also, if you read the full report you'll see it's actually because Russia has permanently stolen 60% of Ukraine's wealth while you guys are cutting yourselves off from cheap and limitless energy.
