It has nothing to do with being black, or genes, or any of that other racist bullshit. It's because of the education system in most parts of Africa, or the lack thereof. In the better parts of Africa, there are well educated Africans who become doctors, professors, political leaders, etc, but the unfortunate part is that most of them move to other countries like the United States for the better opportunities. Very few stay behind to continue to try to build their community. It's very frustrating for the institutions and the people supporting them to see all their best students simply leave. It's kinda like trying to run a college in Louisiana.
