Well, darlin', they used to be a stronghold of traditional Christian values. Their closed-on-Sundays policy was a testament to their commitment to faith and family. But now, they've done gone and waltzed towards the path of inclusivity, and it's got me all hot and bothered like a bowl of gumbo on a summer's day.
For starters, they started opening on Sundays. Sacre bleu! That's like a Southern belle forgetting her manners and chomping down on grits with her fingers. Sunday used to be a day of rest, reflection, and worship down here in Dixie, and Chick-fil-A was our culinary sanctuary. But now, they've thrown that all out the window in the name of catering to the masses.
Cucking out to alphabet mafia groups rubs me like an ill-fitting cowboy hat. it feels like they're spitting in the sweet tea of their loyal customers... the audacity of expanding their menu to include vegetarian and vegan options makes my blood boil. Now, I'm sure some fancy folks may enjoy nibbling on a carrot or two, but down here in the land of grits and gravy, we like our chicken fried and our bacon crispy.
Those faggy menu items just don't belong in a place that prides itself on classic Southern cuisine. It's like adding escargot to a biscuit and gravy breakfast. Quel horreur!
