I haven't seen it. But doing a hack on the bulletins seems easy. Just display the mod name instead of admin/mod/? and only allow mods to post/view its contents.

They minimize themselves from the conversation if they can't have anything to say, or don't have anything to say. Text pacing with an issue drags it out further along than it should be, if you ask me. Then again, some of the mods tend to be more passive about discussing things and so on, but you know I'm not one to just toss away an issue.

We are going this direction with moderating, on serious topics especially there has to be some content and I didn't really see much content in the posts that were deleted. (It's not just me deleting stuff - a few mods are patrolling this topic especially because it's a useful/serious one and we don't want the helpful stuff to get buried in shitposts.)
