What socialist services do I use? I never call the police, I have my own guns for that. I'm not on welfare. No food stamps (make too much). I don't burn shit down so I never need the fire department. Homeschool 5 children. I literally can't think of one socialist service I use.

I don’t have to. The government already built them for me using my tax money. How is it socialism if I’m paying into it? Then I’m the one making the purchase, which is capitalism.

Yes, it does. I studied Political Science in college. You did not. You think socialism is communism, which it is not. Using commonly-funded tax money to provide benefits to society is literally socialism.

Yeah...benefits like Federally subsidized sexchange surgery for eight year olds with or without their Parents consent. But I'm totally against that!

Road use by cars is a member service. You pay a vehicle registration fee and a percentage of your fuel costs to maintain the roads. You obey the traffic laws and mind the traffic signals so that you don't end up making use of the police service, which also costs money to use.

Socialism is when a society uses common funds, usually tax money, to provide services that benefit the entire society.

I hate the aspect of socialism where I work hard and pay my taxes, contributing to the existence of all those things you mentioned, while you sit on your fat arse in your mother's basement playing Minecraft all day, taking benefits.
> Socialism is when a society uses common funds, usually tax money, to provide services that benefit the entire society.
No it isn't. Socialism is an economic system of social organisation which advocates that the means of production, distribution and exchange should be owned or regulated by the community as a whole. "Using common funds to provide socially beneficial services to everyone" is a feature of almost every economic theory, including capitalism, especially if your (idiotic) example is a functional road network.
> That is communism, i.e. everyone owns everything (in theory: we all know what happens in reality).
No it isn't. Communism is a system of social organisation in which all PROPERTY is owned by the community and each person contributes and receives according to their ability and needs. Compare that to the definition of socialism. It's kind of shocking you don't know this stuff.

Of course they did, but that is not the point of this discussion. @1,246,988 (I)
To the contrary, I am right and you are wrong, and, therefore, you are shockingly stupid.
