Who has or who does or has anyone ever owned the copyrights to the bible?
Can anyone just print some up and sell them and not have to ask permission or buy a license or pay royalties?

Noe one owns the copyright to the original manuscripts, but people do own the copyrights to various translations.

Adonai owns the copyright. But be careful OP, Paul and Marcion are known to be very litigious.
