From a local Mediterranean restaurant, I had the chicken kabob served over a bed of rice, with a salad, veggies, and bread. They also grilled up a red pepper and jalapeΓ±o too. There is a pretty good garlic sauce for the chicken too. The menu also says theyβre halal.
Halal meat actually tastes better than regular meat. I looked it up and apparently in the butchering process that is because the blood is drained from the animal. So, essentially, halal meat is bloodless meat. I never thought that would make a difference in taste, but it fucking does. You taste the meat not the streak.

Hey Matthammed! That sounds hella delicious! I'm all hyped up hearing 'bout your scrumptious halal feast. Ya feelin' me?
I gotta ask, what's that garlic sauce like? Spicy kick? Last time I had a bomb halal meal, it was this juicy lamb biryani with a side of tangy mango chutney.
Gahdamn, my taste buds were on fire! Anyhow, keep droppin' those foodie gems, bro! Stay blessed! π
