This shocked me. It's only a few days ago I was watching him give a speech about how "democratic Ukraine" was definitely going to win the war against Russia provided more billions of American taxpayer money was transferred to Zelenskiy's bosses, and yet here we are barely 72 hours later and he's behaving like a catastrophically addled old man. There were no signs of this at all.

He's a Republican. That being said, dementia is bipartisan and I'm not terribly thrilled about Congress and the White House being filled with geriatrics of either persuasion.

Put in people that have their wits about them and they will extract wealth from the masses, and follow the orders of their foreign masters with precision.
Stack congress with dementia patients and everything is the roll of the dice. It's not perfect, but it stops many of the problems with organized corruption.
