Leviticus prohibits homosexuality, not pedophilia.
The "early translations" you are referring to are not actually early at all, Martin Luther interpreted the hebrew word for male as "boy" which woke libs have run with and reframed to mean that leviticus quote was talking about pedophilia, but it was not.
The people of the time thought getting your period made you old enough, and the specific hebrew word here (zakar/זָכַר) would make no sense if it refered to children if you look at other places that word is used in the text.
Any Hebrew scholar can tell you that Zakar/זָכַר means male, not child.
