If memory serves, there is a style of throwing that will make your friends laugh while telling you that you throw like a girl. What does that even mean? I think that I have the method figured out. Firstly, stand up straight and face the receiver of the ball. Hold the ball up by your ear, palm and ball facing forward, elbow bent. Unbend your elbow to give acceleration to the ball, and release the ball as your forearm achieves vertical positioning. Do not hang onto the ball any longer than that, as you will lose some of the girly character to the throw. For extra style, smile sweetly the whole time. Maybe emit a little "hihh" as you throw. Then, bring your index finger of your throwing hand to your lip and pivot on one foot to and frow.
