Showering more often than once per week is terrible for your skin. It dries out your natural skin oil and causes skin and health problems. That being said, I had a painful rash in my buttcrack, even though, when I shit, I wipe with wet TP and then dry it, and sometimes I pat it with hydrogen peroxide to kill bacteria. My question is this: how can I avoid buttcrack rashes if I shower once per week? Thanks!
