to4str: posts suggestive videos of little boys or otherwise explicit photos of naked little boys. This isn't okay here and he's been banned for it many times. He proxies and always comes back, but most of his posts/questions are pretty innocuous. See the "how to spot to4str" threads because he follows this pattern pretty regularly when he isn't doing the former.
Depressionman: usually shitposts about himself requesting to be unbanned. He never will be.
TGComix/Bobby2Sox: a pedo who draws lolicon, he pretends to be a 13 y/o British boy in boarding school. Disregard him because he usually makes no sense.
Lynne B. Goldstein: Either one of the two above (Depressionman AKA DM or TGComix AKA TG). Acts like a dyslexic 70 year old man who constantly parties, works for some communication companies, and always goes surfing near beach of California.
mountainman/TrollBuster3000: An Australian diehard Christian who always tries to convert people to his own religion, always argues about moot points, and constantly calls mods "decadent" as well as using the terms "ad hominem" "strawman argument" "statism" "sophism" etc ad nauseum. He never backs down.
Voice of Wisdom: not so much a troll as he is a bigot and a racist. He constantly bitches about his life in Michigan and blames black people for his economical problems. He always talks about how jobs are scarce and can never get one himself, yet he is 16 and never really applies for any despite what he claims. He says his father is Norwegian and discusses racial purity despite the fact that he is a basement dwelling autistic/paranoid idiot who weighs 200+ lbs. Will spew his hate whenever the opportunity arises.

Although only partially related, there isn't really a better topic for this: I do feel the need to point something out, as has been brought to my attention by Homestar. Most of the time, when I "take things too seriously" or respond to something in an overly-literal manner, it is entirely intentional on my part. I have a very dry sense of humor. I do it because I find it amusing, and I hope most others will. Isn't that the point of most posts here? Entertainment? It legitimately blows my mind that so many people apparently think I am so socially-inhibited as to not understand the most basic irony, sarcasm or general silliness.
Also, with the newfound exception of TrollBuster3000, I have no personal reason to believe that anyone you listed is a troll. Most people seem to believe so, but you also mentioned two people with known pedophilia-related backstories. That is an extremely provocative topic that could easily incite a collective effort to try to "get them out" of your forum. Unless I see it proven otherwise by the people in question, I try to assume the best of everyone. If it means making a legitimate response to someone who is commonly regarded as just a troll with poor execution, then so be it. I will never hi-jack a topic or otherwise pollute the board in order to do so.
