A country put out military propaganda that oversold the speed at which they would achieve their goals??? This is not just the first time this happened in this war, but maybe the first time this has ever happened in human history. Stop the presses.
> >The Russian economy will collapse any day now. > What economy?
The one that is already performing stronger than the German and UK economies and which the IMF is now saying will grow faster than the US economy within 2 years:
A pity the West based it's entire strategy for Ukraine around collapsing the Russian economy by June of last year. Who would have thought Boris Johnson would lie!
Not at all. It is vital Ukraine wins or else Putin will not stop. He will invade the rest of Europe. I just think what NATO is attempting here is fascinating. Pushing Ukraine to launch a suicidal counter-offensive against the strongest defence lines in military history despite having no air superiority, no ammunition superiority, and no man power superiority. It's almost like fighting Russia is different to mowing down a bunch of Iraqi goat-herders.
But hey, "this is the best money we've ever spent", right Lindsey Graham? What's another 8000 dead Ukrainians in less than 3 weeks so long as we can drip-feed them a bunch of old decommissioned shit that doesn't work...
> >Not at all. It is vital Ukraine wins or else Putin will not stop. He will invade the rest of Europe > > This is starting to become a bit of a shtick
I am quoting, word for word, the exact Western narrative. Are you suggesting the official party line suddenly becomes patently moronic when stated by someone you know is taking the piss out it?
Retard with Ukrainian flag in his name: "We must support Ukraine for as long as it takes or else Western democracy will fall!" = 100,000 likes on Twitter from the Slava Ukraini brigade.
Dave: "We must support Ukraine for as long as it takes or else Western democracy will fall!" = "Stop taking the piss!!!" by the exact same Slava Ukraini brigade.
p.s: today Sunak announced another 120 million pounds of British taxpayer money (on top of 3 billion in guaranteed loans) to help pay Ukrainian government workers' salaries. I guess it's one way to distract attention from the UK's inflation woes...

So you do admit to being sarcastic and this not being tour belief? I then wonder what you do truly think of the Russian invasion or liberation if you wish to call it that.
I do not follow the exact narrative the west puts out. I do not believe Russia would I vade the west because he can't. Russia has proven to be weak and inept. I do think that we must support them the best we can without causing Russia to suddenly lash out with nuclear weapons. That is my personal belief. Its a shame you feel embarrassed to hide yours
> I do think that we must support them the best we can...
...to do what? This is question nobody ever answers. Support Ukraine to do WHAT? What is the end goal here? Previously you said the collapse of the Russian Federation but I'm asking for a serious answer. You want to support Ukraine for as long as it takes...for them to do what?

Any country that must or chooses to turn to conscription isn't worth saving. Both Russia and Ukraine can burn in hell as far as I'm concerned.
We should help by aiding the safe passage and permanent asylum of all Ukrainian men being held captive by their own government. Same goes for any Russians in that situation too.
> Remove russian troops from the whole of Ukraine including Chrima. I've said this.
Are you aware that literally every single Western military analyst who isn't shilling for Raytheon considers this to be completely impossible, and that even Western governments have now abandoned this as a viable option?

Also, what you say you want is the total defeat of the Russian military inside Ukraine. So next question: do you seriously believe Ukraine can achieve this WITHOUT direct NATO intervention?
> So? And? I've told you what I want and hope you happen.
And what you want to happen will not happen. Tens of thousands of Ukrainians are being killed because your - and the West's - strategy amounts to this:
Client: "You need to give me a loan because my new business is gonna make me a fortune!"
Bank: "What's your basis for thinking that?"
Client: "Because it HAS TO!! Otherwise I'm ruined!"
> Now tell us what you hope to happen without being intentionally vague
An end to the war. That means either Ukraine giving Putin what he is asking for now (and which he will take anyway one way or another) and save countless more Ukrainian lives, or NATO getting directly involved and preventing that from happening. Either is fine with me.
> Ukraine giving Putin what he is asking for now (and which he will take anyway one way or another) and save countless more Ukrainian lives, or NATO getting directly involved and preventing that from happening.
And which would you choose?
So you admit that what you want to happen will not happen. Congratulations, you are now on a par with Western leaders, whose brilliant strategy of 'Imbecilic Wishful Thinking' is leading Ukraine and Ukrainians to ruin.

And you are on par with putin and his brutal regime if you would prefer Ukraine to just give him what he wants OR prefer nato to get directly involved which would probably lead to a much bigger war.

You're not listening. What you want, by your own admission, will not happen. And so you need to look for a plan B that is not ideal for you. How is this a complex notion?
