The report finds that Boris Johnson deliberately bullshitted a government in order to advance his own interests.
I for one am shocked that Boris Johnson, who has such an unblemished record of honesty and selflessness, would knowingly lie to political figures, leading to catastrophic consequences for the people of a country.
