Oh, sorry, I must've confused you with someone else. Because the guy I thought you were went to China and it takes just one second of googling to show that China, on the whole, does not have those requirements. Not that the requirements you listed are even that difficult to obtain, which is why teaching English in China has always been the go-to job for people that were unable to line-up anything else after they graduated.
