I never have personally, but I have known people that have used the "Certo trick" with successful results.

I don't do drugs, but I remember a friend once telling me to start drinking 2 gallons of water per day a week prior to your test. You should start taking Creatine supplements along with this. About 3 days before the test, start taking B-Complex vitamins in addition to this. From how he described it, the Creatine levels are checked, which are depleted in your urine, and that the B-Complex vitamins are meant to restore the 'yellow' color to your urine considering how much water you drink during that time.

good to hear. i've heard many mixed reviews about the certo method. some say it's merely the amount of water you're drinking to dilute it, but i think there's something to the certo after all.

good idea. i hear that you only drink a ton of water 4 hours before the test, because it doesn't necessarily remove the THC from your fat cells, but simply masks the content to be found on the tests. the creatine and vitamin stuff is spot-on.

Only twice have I heard of it being successful. Once my brother and once my roomate, though both drank a good 2-3 litres of cranberry juice along with it, so I kind of lean more towards the juice being the cause.

Usually they test the temperature of said urine. If it comes up too cold, you have failed the test.
