I am grateful for the people like fighting against Hitler, and I recognize the sacrifice of those people. But why do Americans seem to, like, worship the military and soldiers?(Edited 13 seconds later.)
It's a sentiment purposely cultivated by the US government over decades in order to make young boys willing and excited to join the military and fight for them.
