As I walked into the supermarket, my eyes scanned the crowded aisles, searching for what I needed. Suddenly, I saw her. She was reaching for a pack of toilet paper on the top shelf, and as she stretched up, her shirt hitched up slightly, revealing a small strip of her smooth, tanned stomach. I couldn't help but look at her as she picked up the pack, her movements slow and deliberate as she examined the label.

I walked away, telling myself that I was here for groceries, not to ogle a stranger. But as I walked down the cereal aisle, my eyes kept flicking back to where she was standing, contemplating a pyramid of toilet paper packages. I couldn't help but notice the plastic wrapping on the packs, adorned with an image of a white fluffy cloud, advertising the softness of the product within. I wondered how many plies the toilet paper had, if it was the kind that wouldn't fall apart at the slightest touch or leave traces behind.

Before I knew it, I was back in the toilet paper aisle, drawn once more to where she stood. I glanced down at the package she was holding, noticing that it was indeed the soft kind, with three plies, and a special deal on buying the packs in bulk. I wondered if I should take advantage of it too, but my attention was quickly diverted back to her.

She was now crouched down, examining the bottom shelf, her long hair cascading down her back. I couldn't help but look at her, watching as she picked up a smaller pack of toilet paper, examining it carefully, running her fingers along the plastic wrapping. I wondered what kind of bathroom she had at home, what kind of products she preferred, if she had a preference for scented or unscented. I felt like a pervert, but I couldn't help myself.

As she looked up, her eyes finally locked onto mine, and I felt a jolt of electricity pass through me. She gave me a small, bemused smile, before turning away and walking down the aisle. I stood there for a moment, feeling foolish, before I finally shook my head and went to find what I needed. As I walked away, I couldn't help but think that maybe, just maybe, I should have asked her about the toilet paper.
