What changed to cause you to not be suicidal anymore?

Nightmare trip on mushrooms. It made me see how I negatively impact everything around me. I felt horrible. Most suicidal ive been, but I felt I needed to make up for all the shit I've done. I dnot feel less depressed, but I'm doing a number of things that will improve my life and hopefully help my depression.

The bad shroom trip doesn't sound like it was too pleasant (I've had those before as well, they're no fun), but I'm glad you took some positive things from it. Just out of curiosity, what sort of things are you going to try and improve on?

Well, everything. Ive dropped sugary drinks and started to exercise. I'm cutting out sugary foods slowly, but no more minidonuts for breakfast, or shit like that. No more take out (I was ordering delivery 3-5 days a week because I have no car and hate cooking and just never felt like eating anything except for chicken wraps from two places cause it was tasty and easy).
I'm gonna get out more. Ive been a shut-in for a while now. Like, I go to work and that's it. I think the last time I went out was to see the last HP movie. I'm taking up jiu-jitsu. I even got a friend interested in joining me.
I'm setting goals. They're mostly health related, but I also want to save up money. I'm thinking of moving to CA. SD or SF. I've got a friend in both cities. My aunt and uncle live near SD, too.

Try some simple exercises before you plunge into it all (especially if you are out of shape). Consider doing something as simple as maybe walking wherever you go. Not sure what the weather is like where you live but just being outside in the sun and doing some kind of activity certainly helps. Drink plenty of water.

Im doing body weight exercises. Squats, push-ups, dips. I bought a heavy bag. Gonna use that for cardio and a jump rope. Both sound more fun then they are, but you need to build endurance.
I'm gonna start yoga today to improve my flexibility. My housemates turned me on to all the yoga videos on Netflix.
Im just doing like 15-30minutes a day right now. I'm just trying to build endurance. I'm doing a push-up program to get up to 100 push-ups. There's a 150 dips program and I'm using that same format for squats. I'd like to do pull-ups, but I cant. I'm gonna try to use bands for lat pulldowns, but it's hard finding a place to do it in my house.

As weird as it may sound, consider a book like this, written by a famous British prisoner who was obsessed with fitness in his solitary confinement cell and developed a fitness regime to keep in shape.

I have mostly good days but I tend to get regularly suicidal on a Sunday after work. It's very odd, it's not stress or anything, I just feel so down and helpless.
