https://ucr.fbi.gov/crime-in-the-u.s/2019/crime-in-the-u.s.-2019/tables/expanded-homicide-data-table-6.xls

In 2019, in terms of homicide offenders:

were 2840 white
were 3140 black

The US has:

332M white people &
47.2M black people

You do the math.

Black people were forced into violent ghettos by white oppressors. You do the math.

@previous (A)
That hasn't been the case for 60 years now. Is that why all black murderers are all over the age of 65-70+? Oh wait.

Note that this debate begins in the 1890s at the latest, at the time when racial segregation was still in full effect, and the classical black apologist position (W.E.B DuBois) is to justify black crime as a rebellion against racism. At the time (1899) a rather convincing argument, since, why would you play by the rules in a game that is rigged against you from the beginning. Only, such explanations sound more hollow in the 1990s, let alone the 2000s, 2010s, and god forbid the 2020s, decades after the abolition of the last vestiges of racial segregation, and under a black president. But of course the apologetic "conflict theory" persists into the 1990s and beyond, now 30 years later still.

Most cops don't know who's white and who's black, the number of trained ethnographers who are also active duty cops is less than 50 across the whole USA.
