Here's a rough sketch we're working on for Chapter 2.

Chapter 2: Cardiff by the Sea

Thee, THEE, THEE art in for a treat if thou art to visit Cardiff by the Sea. 'Tis a coastal city located in the north of San Diego County, California, blessed with beauty beyond measure.

Thee may have heard about the city's famous Cardiff Kook, a whimsical statue of a surfer that stands proudly near the beach. But 'tis only a glimpse of the city's charm. Cardiff by the Sea boasts stunning beaches, lush green parks, and a vibrant community of locals.

Thee may take thy pick from the city's several beaches, each with its own unique character and charm. Swami's Beach, for example, is a popular spot for surfers and beachgoers, with its big waves and rocky cliffs. Or, thee may choose Cardiff State Beach, which offers a wide sandy beach and excellent surf.

But the beauty of Cardiff by the Sea doesn't end with its beaches. 'Tis also home to stunning parks and gardens, such as the San Elijo Lagoon Ecological Reserve. There, thee may hike, birdwatch, and indulge thyself in nature photography, all while admiring the beauty of the local flora and fauna.

Thee may also find much to appreciate in Cardiff's arts and culture scene. The city boasts many galleries and museums showcasing the works of talented artists and designers. Thou may visit the Lux Art Institute, located in nearby Encinitas, and immerse thyself in art and creativity.

Overall, Cardiff by the Sea is a city unlike any other. Its natural beauty, friendly locals, and vibrant culture make it a true gem of the California coast. Thee art sure to have a wonderful time while thee art there.

Too bad the old fucker ran out of money and had to leave there and get a home in San Marcos. And then Covid finally took its toll on his 79 year old body and put him out of his misery.
