Hypothetically speaking; should public businesses have the right to refuse service to drooling, autistic retards (eg Chris-chan), or should they be forced by law to serve any shit-head who walks in the door, no matter how filthy and/or ignorant?

A society where the disabled do not have access to essential services like grocers, hospitals, and other public establishments is a society where those people cannot survive.
Creating a society where a disadvantaged group cannot survive is participating in a genocide against that group.
