Make sure to find a few small, obscure internet forums and spam them obsessively for years on end, leading to your address in Romania being discovered and posted publicly. Respond to this by continuing to post obsessively on these same forums. I can't say for certain if this is vital or not, but judging from the guy I described above, it seems like it's probably fairly important to the plan at large.
