Its pay for play, based on daily performance review. Earnings is your score. And there are discriminatory factors in place, so you won't know until you've been onboarded.
But you will be told your pay scale, and bonus potential based on those factors AND you select the job you are applying for. These are all factors in pay.
And, self review is judged against performance review, and helps to determine promotions, raises, bonuses, etc. The closer your assessment of your work matches performance review assessments the more likely you will have new opportunities.
That's just how things have always been done here at BetaCorp.
