@1,226,504 (Fake anon !ZkUt8arUCU)
I'm looking to lose 30 pounds. I weigh 211 right now at 5'10" and I want to lose some weight by June when I take a trip to Minnesota so hopefully I can bang a college girl or something.

I've been drinking a gallon of water daily instead of soda. I still drink a sugar-free, calorie-free energy drink in the mornings to avoid the caffeine headaches, but I'm looking to cut those out too as I wean myself off of caffeine.

Ok well the college girl thing is weird but if you diet and exercise consistently you can usually lose somewhere around 2 pounds a week over a several month period. You'll be fine if you don't fuck up and drink soda again.

That's a 1000 calorie a day deficit. Doable? Yes. Likely to cause a rebound and weight gain beyond his starting weight once he gets off the diet? No question.
500 cal / day or a pound a week is more reasonable.
Even better would be an even more modest reduction and not seeing this as a weight loss plan but a permanent lifestyle change.

I know a guy who had no self-control with his alcoholism so had to turn to pills to stop it. Same guy who had to pop pills to lose weight because he couldn't put down the fork. Even after all that, the guy can't walk down an air conditioned climate controlled conference room without getting winded.
Let's hope OP has a little more self-control than that.

I did not refuse. You asked my weight and I obliged. I asked your weight and you refused to continue the conversation.
If you'd engage in a normal conversation with me - one where we have a healthy back and forth - rather than you feeling entitled to ask me an unlimited number of questions while refusing to answer even one of mine, you might find I would provide a picture of myself.
But I know you are incapable of having a normal conversation, so I guess that will never happen.
