I simply cannot believe my eyes. My heart is pounding and my mind is in a state of shock. How can it be possible that I am looking at a mugshot of the former president of the United States, Donald Trump? It all feels too surreal, too unbelievable, too… melodramatic.
But there it is, plain as day, right in front of me. That familiar orange tint to his skin, his hair disheveled, that smug grin wiped clean off his face. It's as if someone reached into my deepest fears and made them a reality.
As I continue to stare at the mugshot, my mind races to try and make sense of it all. What could he have possibly done? Was he finally caught for all of his lies and malfeasance? Or was it something even more sinister?
