I've always believed you can have indoor cats, and you can have outdoor cats
but you can't make an outdoor cat behave like an indoor car, or an indoor behave like it belongs outside.
a cat will decide on its own what it needs to be, and you let that be okay, because it's in their nature.
but so is shredding the furniture, pissing on the walls, jumping on every surface and doing as it god
damn well pleases. and if you let it get away with it, a cat will eat your face. it doesn't just
START at eating your face. but it can always end there given the right circumstances that favor the
cat to just be left ignored. that's what you call an outdoor cat. and they live in the alley, eat
trash, and don't do anything except what they want. and that's fine. let a cat be a cat. but if
a cat prefers to live a civilized existence with its people, and understands what's right, and wrong,
and prefers the right circumstances that favor the cat to be included, that's an indoor cat. and that's
fine too, there's lots of kinds of cats in the world.
and if cats can do it, so to can people. and they deserve at least as much respect as a fucking cat.
regardless of what kind, or where the choose to live and how they choose to be. inside friends
and outside friends. and just like that, people are free.
