For years now it felt almost as if I was trying to find a means of not liking it because I was afraid of everyone here calling me retarded for it, but you know what, for the first time within all of those years. I just don't give two flying fucks what any of you have to say. I like Microsoft Edge and while I still use Firefox as my primary browser (fuck Chrome), Edge just always feels so satisfying to use with it's minimalistic design and features that I just cannot find in another browser even with extensions which may offer similar features yet failed to fully duplicate the functionality of the built-in ones that come with Edge.
Plus it always seems to just load up whenever I need to quickly look up something where as Firefox would have a delay and web pages just seem to load in much faster on Edge to be honest. The only thing I wish was for a clipboard2file feature where you can click on an upload button and select an image from your clipboard. Oh well, I guess that is why I keep Firefox around.

I liked edge but I forgot why I quit using it. it's not a bad browser. ff is a mess. chrome, it's whatever. I think edge just bothered me how needy it is to be your browser. like, why ms? what's it doing that which browser you're using matters so much? just be an OS, do that really well, and quit trying to be a bunch of shit that's less useful than it was 10 years ago. and be consistent with what scrolls how, am I using the slider or am I swiping, why is it one way here and the other way in a menu? why do you suck so hard Ms? the fuck is an app store ms? change shit that's fine to be different and obtuse for what? don't update applications for 15 years, and add shit new ones everyone hates and make them permanently part of the ui. widgets? off. widget doc that pops up when mouse over the left 1/4 of the screen? regedit. nope. still fucking does it, but now it is permanently my most hated thing. empty as fuck obtrusive empty just obstacle. top of screen, dont mouseover up there or another slide in widget doc drops in to sort active windows. no, fuck you. OH GOOD THE RIGHT SIDE HAS NOTIFICATIONS PANEL THAT SLIDES IN. GREAT.

oh my god, you won't believe what i heard at brunch, @OP is still keeping a copy of Firefox around! Why doesn't she just get rid of it? i am truly scandalized. she said she likes Edge! that two-timing bitch is leading Firefox on! can you believe it?

Chrome is shit. Firefox is still an active browser. Only normies don't know about it. The kind of normies who have their own heads up their asses on Facebook.

It is impossible for a browser to be as fast as anything prior to Firefox 3.6 since web pages have a lot more advanced assets now that require a more powerful rendering engine. The problem is that WebKit now has a monopoly on the rendering engine market.
