So? American prisoners are terrorists bent on world domination. Iranian prisoners are humble tourists just wanting to share their rich cultural heritage. Iran should treat their prisoners better. They are housing American civilians. We are housing violent extremists who wage war on peaceful bystanders.

Is the poll regarding that one specific issue or Iran being better than the USA in general? Because, yeah, I'll support that one very specific, cherry-picked issue, but... no, Iran is not better than the USA in general. Which isn't overblown patriotism; it isn't better than Canada, Britain, etc.
