I know I had lyme disease about 6 years ago. I was in the hospital and they tested for it (not a routine test, not sure why they did it.) I was in there cause I tried to kill myself and so when I was let out (I passed it off as a freak accident) I was more depressed then before so I wasn't good with my antibiotics.
Not only didn't I finish them, but I didn't take them every day. I didn't really care. My mom would remind me so I'd take one.
I was googling this weird pulsing/twitching in my foot, and found a Lyme disease forum. I get this all over my body often, I was concerned cause I was high when it started in my foot.
Anyway, I have like every major symptom of Lyme disease, but I'm also really depressed (a symptom as well) and a lot of the symptoms are shared. I guess I should get tested.
I know people who got fucked up bad as a result of lyme disease. Can you still have these effects after it's cured? I read online that some doctors think it's BS, but I know of 2 people on disability from it because it's so bad.

I knew a chick with lyme disease, she had been fighting that shit for two years, its a messed up disease. I do believe it can come back, and I know it can kill you.
