I've seen a video of him once, a long time ago. His posts were a little more coherent back then, but still really garbled, and he really did talk like them. I can only assume that this still holds true today and he really does talk like his posts.

Hong Kong's economy collapsed because the British went chikd-safe on chemistry; it's a bit of a fucking joke in that I can get <40p paracetamol but no longer find anyone wants to part with anything regardless of how cheap other-wise in the guaranteed rot it'll make different, "Britishly unique" pseudo-versions of a different chemical upon its' only manufactural tool: de-composure.
