I have been seeing this girl for about 3 months and recently some problems started to arise and I suggested we end things tonight. This is the message I got back.Does no contact work? If I don't talk to her do you think she'll reach out or should I expect to never hear from her again?

I'd thank her for being upfront with you and agreeing it's time to end things. Say you also enjoyed your time with her and you're going to spend time working on yourself (and then fix whatever weird issues you have before throwing yourself into the dating pool again).
