A false arrest is the restraint or detention by one person of another without lawful justification (probable cause or a valid arrest warrant) under an asserted legal authority to enforce the process of the law. False arrest is also referred to as false imprisonment and is generally considered a misdemeanor offense.

Wow! All of the lawyers, judges, DAs, everyone else missed a simple statute of limitations, but you figured it out! Hurry and call them before it's too late!

It seems to me that it's being said that it's a misdemeanor and the statute has run out...and the DA has not chance in Heell to ride with this but it's political. I think it's just to smear his name. This ain't right.
They're trying to keep him from breaking up corruption. I feel that 100%. I want more than ANYTHING FOR YOU to understand the THE TRUTH.

Which misdemeanor statute(s) are they charging him with specifically? What is the statute of limitations for them? Do prosecutors in NY convene Grand Juries for misdemeanor offenses?
These are all extremely basic questions that someone who knows the truth would be able to answer easily.
