100% of the time it means paying far below market rate for the position. I refuse to even apply to such jobs. It's really making it difficult when job hunting since over half of the job listings I see online don't list the pay. "No one wants to work" they say. But the truth is "no wants to pay for work."

Liberal policies are designed to move wealth from men to women.
Since men are the ones who actually build housing in 99% of cases, that means workers aren't going to be paid fairly, and thus housing doesn't get built.
Meanwhile do-nothing government mandated job positions are paid highly and incentivized to hire women.

One of the biggest problems here in California is there is no new housing built

There's 2 factions in the country, attributing some of the countries problems on one of those factions isn't making them a boogeyman.
Libs want to tax workers, land developers, and anyone who invests in housing. They add other burdens to all those groups, and then when no one wants to provide housing they blame others.
