Topic: How do you make the meatballs at subway?

Hey all, I got hired around 2 months ago. Everytime I ask a coworker to show me how to prepare meatballs, they just say that someone else will teach me another time. And so I am turning to you lovely people-- how do I prepare meatballs? Just so I have a general idea. TYIA! :)

A factory makes them and ships them to you in plastic. You do not make them in-store (pronounced as one word).
