It is an incredibly self-explanatory title. It's about a bear that does cocaine. You do not need a deep understanding of cinema to comprehend it.

lol, what? No, there's nothing about the bear being trans. The bear is said to be female at one point, and that's all that's said about its gender.

It's just a goofy, silly film about a bear snorting cocaine and going on a murderous rampage. It doesn't even try to address any serious issues and I respect that about it, it's shallow but good fun.
