I bet you every 1st world country has needed to do some form of rationing at some point for at least a brief period on some products due to environmental issues outside of its control. And anyway, it's a few supermarkets doing it on some products, not just "food"

You didn't answer the question so I'll ask it again: why is the UK having to ration food right now whereas no other country in Europe is? And is it connected to the UK's economy set to be the worst performing economy of all developed nations?

That was 1 year ago, when the war in Ukraine began and countries were being extra cautious. Now, 1 year later, only UK supermarkets are rationing food while everyone else is doing fine. Why?

Just come back from Morrisons in Stratford and no problem buying tomatoes, cucumbers or anything else. Yet again this is a story by the far left antibrexit media who caught wind that a few supermarkets were running short of supplies and turned it into something bigger like the pseudo toilet paper shortage

Some coloured map isn't evidence. I was just on r/europe and the Fins are complaining about shortages and price hikes on vegetables and other Europeans are saying the same.

Are the Fins and "other Europeans" complaining that their economy is forecast to be the worst performing economy of 2023, behind even Russia? Oh wait, no, that's only the UK's economy. Is Brexit not working out?

Why are you jumping around on subjects? This was about rationing then it was briefly on the economy and it's about strikes. You're all over the place, lad.

I'm merely asking you how Brexit is working out, in light of the UK having problems that no other EU country has to anywhere near the same degree.
> How's that special military operation working out?
Apparently not good. After a year of the most punitive sanctions ever imposed on a country, the Russian economy is forecast to be behind every other developed nation other than the UK.
Putin himself has started to face facts. In an interview yesterday he said "I'm not gonna lie, comrades. We're almost as fucked as the Brits".

OP started off strong, but he made a tactical error when he tried the "Even Russia is better" line. This let Svet easily point out how shit Russia is, which is very easy to do, which put OP onto the back foot. He'll have to try different approach to pull this back.

Let me ask you a serious question: 6 years on, do you still think Brexit was a better decision than Remain? Do you think the benefits have been shown to outweigh the drawbacks?

has anyone ever told you the definition of insanity, vis a vis, doing the same stupid thing over and over, and regarding your expectations of it changing
