Now that's a contradiction.
God, this article is hilarious. I love the alarmist headline, and the opening paragraphs which warn of a nebulous, sinister group of "scientists" who want to shame meat eaters. That is, before the article reveals it is angry about some Dutch scientists doing an experiment where they show people gory pictures of animals which indeed puts them off meat. Shocking. But yes, it is indeed a small step from experiments at a uni to governments forcing those pictures onto real products.
And of course, the fun continues in the comments, where the Daily Mail's readers are utterly infuriated by the existence of anti-meat campaigners who are coming for their meat. This real, present danger.

I actually had an encounter recently with this sinister anti-meat conspiracy. I was in London, and some vegans were out protesting, holding up a banner imploring people to give up meat. One of them approached me. I ignored him and went to a Korean BBQ place.
Meat isn't going to go anywhere, you can still keep eating just as you were. I am bemused that this anxiety about meat being taken away is as big as it is.

Let's check in on this again in 10 years and see where things are. I doubt your ability to enjoy a steak will be impacted in any way.
Just in case, though, maybe you should start stockpiling meat.

I thought Greta had been dropped like a lead turd by the billionaire "left" and their media, ever since they realised their continued hegemony depended on digging for more coal and oil.
