The fora and seedbox are on the same server, the connection maxes out with hundreds of peers making requests at the same time and gives that error.
You can keep refreshing and resubmitting the post until it goes through, pressing F5 and "continue" over and over works after a dozen or so times if you really want to get the post through. It doesn't double-post because it will load the page once it actually submits.
Other than that, wait a while and come back, and you won't get it for a while.
