I don't, but only at my own expense. I'm always happy when I do get around to it. And when I do, I always ask myself why after months, possibly years, of living in a place I couldn't spend 10 minutes to substantially improve my quality of life.
I once moved to a place with a mercury bulb in one of the rooms. Those things aren't supposed to be used indoors. They also take forever to reach full brightness. And when they do, it's the worst blue-ish florescent color you'll ever see. It's like having a street lamp indoors. It took me two years to change it out. And every day since I've prayed to the lord of light giving thanks to my newfound ocular comfort.
