The best bit about going trans is you really don't have to do anything. You don't have to take hormones, have surgery or dress up. You don't even have to change your name. You just simply declare that you're trans and suddenly you hold all the power to silence people you disagree with.

i'll end by saying may 25th 2019. up to then, i was a 6'5'' tall 220lbs white man and never worried about much of anything that wasn't frivolous. inconveniences and annoying shit and at worst a girl who lived with me, hated me and wouldn't move out. i was unhappy.

25th, was the first time i was openly stating i'm transgender. and every, single aspect of my life has altered. any woman will tell you that there is no respect handed to women just FOR being a woman. unless there is expectation something can be gained from respect being handed over. but sometimes, yes, people will open the door for me, or help me get something heavy down the stairs, but beyond courtesy? beyond courtesy is actual, real respect for someone's lived experiences which you have no experience with.
but, you think you have a RIGHT to be listened to. you go say whatever you want wherever you want, mr.man. so how many people come over and stop you. start talking about being trans and find out how much of your right to not be silenced comes across as desperately trying to be heard. you're heard.

Just Go watch football. I have literally like 3-4 hours extra work to do pretty much daily than I used to. No one cared, but now, holy crickets. You'd think the world revolves around a vacuumed rug.
And I'm not even exaggerating. When my mom comes down here, omg, cooking for like 4 people? College was way easier, this is like going to be a disaster.
