It has been for quite a long time if you were on an older system firmware. Just recently a new exploit was found for those on more recent firmwares though, opening it up to a lot of people. Also as far as I know, the games themselves aren't cracked, custom firmware just enables the ability to run unsigned code on the system.

I think he was big into Harry potter. I just read half the books and watched the movies. they were alright. but they were just a star wars rewrite.
