What a stupid idea.
A bunch of money on machinery, and repairmen like this guy, for a toilet that hides in the ground during the day for no good reason.
You can't park there overnight, or set up a stall on it, so it still takes up space during the day too.
There should be a normal toilet there, or nothing at all, this is such a waste.
