Topic: Should I keep trying to chat with this girl?

Anonymous A started this discussion 3 years ago #108,506

We met on Bumble, she swiped first and messaged me. We chatted for a bit. She left me on read after she got home from her New Years celebrations.

I messaged her today telling her she looked like Elon Musk, and we had a brief conversation (and she was nice) but she seems withdrawn from the conversation.

How do I get her engaged back in the conversation?

If she's losing interest but you still want to date her you should just ask her out. Worst case she says no or unmatches or whatever. If you aren't interested then you can just let the convo die.

Yeah, I think that the best policy on these apps is to be relatively quick in asking women out, before they lose interest. You're both on there to date, so no need to be nervous.

But hey, if it doesn't work out, keep at it. You'll get another match eventually.

Why would you tell a woman she looks like a man especially one who she likely dislikes if she’s the average woman?

You aren’t bright enough to mate.

Imagine if a woman messaged you and told you that you look like Nancy Pelosi.
